Spatchcock, quarter, and de-bone a whole chicken. It's the best skill to have in the kitchen, something that can carry you from prepping meals on Sunday to making a quick dinner on a Thursday night. In this class each student will get their own chicken and a hands-on lesson about poultry butchery and cookery. Each student will take home their chicken and a skill that will change their life in the kitchen.
